Refund Policy

Agent Harness is a paid subscription product ($29/mo Pro, $59/mo All-Access). A 7-day free trial is included with all plans — no credit card required to start.

Trial period

You will not be charged during your 7-day trial. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you will not be billed.

Refund requests

If you are charged and believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us within 14 days of the charge. We handle refund requests individually and will work with you to resolve billing issues fairly.
